Product Performance

This product is scientifically formulated with additives such as detergents, dispersants and antioxidants, etc. It has functions such as antioxidation, anticorrosion, antiwear, cooling and detergent dispersancy. The blended oil meets the specification requirements of the system oil for low-speed cross-head two-stroke marine diesel engines. It has good high-temperature detergency, rust resistance and anticorrosion performance, as well as good water-separation performance, acid neutralization ability and outstanding antiwear performance. The product has a good cost-performance ratio.

Scope of Application and Recommended Dosage

By using API Group I and II base oils, this product can be blended into marine system oil products that meet the GB/T38049-2019 standard which viscosity grade is SAE30 or SAE40.

Packaging and Acceptance

This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms as per customer requirements.
Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall comply with the SH/T 0164 standard.

Product Storage, Transportation, and Compounding Agent Blending Operations and Precautions

The product shall be stored, loaded, and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T 0164 standard. It must be clearly labeled during transportation, storage, and use to prevent mixing and cross-contamination with other petroleum products.
When blending oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75°C.
The long-term storage temperature should not exceed 50°C.
The shelf life of single-dose and composite products is 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and use, ensure proper sealed storage.

Health and Safety

The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away from children.
Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.
Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
